What We Need From You

Three things. That's it.

We are not asking you to write a 50-page RFP or form a committee. We need three things to make this work.

One internal champion. A planning officer, IT head, or department chief who will be our primary contact. They do not need technical expertise. They need the authority to give us feedback and the willingness to use the platform.

Access to your existing data. CLUP documents, zoning maps, existing permits data, barangay records. Whatever you already have in digital form. We integrate it, we do not ask you to re-enter it.

Honest feedback. Monthly 30-minute check-ins with the founding team. Tell us what works, what does not, and what you wish it could do. This feedback directly improves the platform for all Philippine LGUs.

Send us an email with your LGU name, your name and title, and one sentence on what planning problem you want to solve first. That is the entire application.

Discovery call
A 45-minute call with Landon (our founder) to understand your LGU's priorities, existing data, and compliance timeline. We confirm fit and walk you through the demo.

Days 5-7
Acceptance and agreement
We send a simple Founding Partner agreement (2 pages). No legal maze. It outlines the free access period, your rights to your data, and the feedback arrangement.

Days 7-30
Setup and go-live
Our team configures Nova Gov with your LGU's data, compliance settings, and user accounts. We run a walkthrough with your champion and their team. You go live.
