1.Is your CLUP current — adopted or comprehensively updated within its planning period (not lapsed)?
Basis: RA 7160 + EO 72 (CLUP cycle, reviewed by the PLUC)
2.Do you have a zoning ordinance that is aligned with and enforces your current CLUP?
Basis: RA 7160 §447 (municipal) / §458 (city) — Sangguniang zoning power
3.Has a Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA) been integrated into your CLUP?
Basis: RA 10121 + DHSUD CDRA Guidebook (risk-based land use)
4.Does your plan reflect DRRM and climate-change adaptation beyond a single hazard map (mitigation + adaptation measures)?
Basis: RA 10121 (DRRM) + RA 9729 (Climate Change Act)
5.Are your supporting studies (demographics, economy, land supply, infrastructure) current rather than a decade old?
Basis: HLURB CLUP Guidebook (maintained by DHSUD) + RA 8435 (AFMA land-use data)
6.Did the plan go through documented public participation and proper Sanggunian adoption?
Basis: RA 7160 §26–27 (consultation) + Sanggunian adoption
7.Is your tax mapping / real-property assessment roll consistent with your land-use classifications?
Basis: RA 7160 Title II (real property taxation + tax mapping)
8.Would your planning and environmental governance hold up against the SGLG assessment criteria?
Basis: RA 11292 (Seal of Good Local Governance Act)
+Do you maintain your land-use and hazard data in a GIS rather than paper maps?
